Ham and Egg Casserole Recipe



9 eggs or 8 ¼ cup liquid eggs

1 carton of light sour cream

1/3 c cooked chopped ham

1 c grated cheese


Softly scramble eggs. Pour eggs into buttered casserole dish. Crumble chopped ham on top. Cover with sour cream and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until set. May be prepared the night before and baked before serving. Serves 6.
